    What pisses me off is my neighbor's dog. He barks non stop. I've never heard a dog bark as much as he does. I tried talking to my neighbor but he is never home. I'm not even sure someone lives in that house. Maybe its just a dog in the backyard.

    When people say they are going to do something and then never end up keeping their promises!! If they don't intend to do something, then why not just say "no" in the first place???
